last nights nightcap 500ml milk + Revivo Fuel for Dreams haven't had this in about a year and discovered last night that it tastes EXACTLY LIKE BANANA BREAD, I think Im renaming it to that. - almost 500 cal - 27g protein - (10g from bovine collagen) - 47g carb - 16g fat - 285mg magnesium - 500mg sodium - 600mg calcium - 660mg potassium - 500mg vitamin c (FROM REAL CAMU CAMU) - 3g taurine - 3g myo inositol - 600mg ltheanine - 1g glycine I slept very good last night. I forgot to take a picture of the drink because I was too sleepy and comfy.
